pocketmice
pocketmice is a band built on years of friendship, shared experiences, and a deep-rooted love of music. Featuring Jordan John, Elaina Davey, Sharlie and Tim Donily, and Orry Sjoquist, the group brings together a collection of distinct musical personalities that have grown alongside one another from an early age. Having grown up together, pocketmice has developed an unusually natural chemistry — the kind that comes from knowing each other not only as musicians, but as people. Their music reflects that history: layered, unpredictable, and deeply personal, drawing from a wide range of influences without settling comfortably into any one genre.
Their sound is dense and textured, moving between intricate arrangements, unexpected turns, melodic hooks, rhythmic experimentation, and moments of raw simplicity. Years of listening, playing, experimenting, and growing together have given pocketmice a musical vocabulary that feels both expansive and instinctive. Each member brings their own history to the group, but the real character of pocketmice comes from the way those histories collide and intertwine.
